Hi! I’m Damir Puh – a guitarist, music producer, songwriter, and mixing engineer based in Skopje, Macedonia. As an active guitarist and musician, I’ve built my work around both playing and creating music, from guitar-driven songwriting and arrangements to full-scale production and mixing for artists and bands across pop and rock, including several national radio hits.
My guitar career includes wins at Six String Theory and Live4Guitar, a Top 8 finish at Guitar Idol, and performing on stages that have included supporting Deep Purple live. I’ve collaborated with Derek Sherinian in the studio on Station: Innermost’s “Exposure,” and have been part of JTC Guitar, a leading global guitar education platform, as both an artist and producer. My playing has taken me from competition stages to studio collaborations, product showcases, and original music, while my production work has included projects for musicians and global brands.
As a producer and mixing engineer, I bring the perspective of a guitarist and songwriter into every project – with a particular focus on performance, tone, arrangement, and making the guitar serve the song. I also won Eric Valentine’s “Fragile in the Flesh” mix contest and was runner-up in Ratemymix, reflecting the other side of my work as an engineer and producer.
I run GreenRoom Sound Studio, where I help artists shape their sound from the initial idea through songwriting, arrangement, production, mixing, and final polish – while continuing to develop and release my own music as a guitarist and solo artist.
